Sally Gabriel is an End-of-Life Doula, certified through Doulagivers International and INELDA, a certified Grief Educator, and an After Loss Professional. I am the founder of Epilogue End of Life Care, a full-service end-of-life business. Unlike many end-of-life professionals whose work ends at the time of death, I provide continuity of care throughout the entire journey. My services include pre-death planning, legacy and life review, bedside support, family preparation, grief support, and practical after loss assistance for loved ones as they manage the many responsibilities that follow a death.
My work is grounded in specialized training as an end-of-life doula, a grief educator and coach, and an after-loss support professional, as well as hands-on hospice volunteer experience supporting patients and families.
My experience with caregiving began in 2017 when I cared for my parents, who died that spring. Three years later, I became the primary caregiver for a dying friend. During the months leading to her death, I coordinated and managed her care, carrying out her wishes for her final chapter. The months we spent together were sacred and led me to a calling to help others experience their end of life in this special way.
