Death Doulas

Kim Stravers (Night Rose Deathcare) is a certified death midwife (Earth Traditions), death doula (IAP), and funeral celebrant (InSight); a NEDA-proficient end-of-life doula and after-death care educator; a volunteer hospice doula and grief-support facilitator; a former funeral attendant; and an educator for INELDA, with whom she completed her foundational training and through whom she is pursuing additional certification. She also has earned certificates from the SoundMind Institute Psychedelic Facilitator Training Program and the PRATI End of Life and Existential Distress in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training Program.

Kim offers a full range of end-of-life services, from basic planning to death-anxiety exploration, accompaniment at bedside, and support for caregivers and the bereaved. She also offers healing in community as a founding member of the Patiloni Collective, which brings traditional folk medicine to the Valley of the Sun. Working with the dying, those that love and care for them in the varying stages of the end of life has been my passion and calling for the last 10 years. My education, training, and experience as a hospice chaplain prepare me well for this work, however, what fills my heart and sustains my ability to be present wherever the mystery of death takes us, is the knowing that each end-of-life passage is as unique and sacred as the person I am honored to accompany. By being present with your current reality we can create an authentic & compassionate plan for you and those that love and care for you.

Robyn received a Master of Divinity from Lancaster Theological Seminary, Certified Chaplain/ Spiritual Counselor, Sacred End of Life Doula & Conscious Dying Coach affiliated with The Conscious Dying Institute. She holds additional certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, and  The Non-Linear Movement.

I completed an intensive course through INELDA - the International End of Life Doula Association - after retiring from a diversified clinical and administrative career in nursing. My volunteer work includes over six years Assisted Animal Therapy at Phoenix Children's Hospital with my ATD (Association of Therapy Dogs) accredited Labradoodle, Chloe and serving as a facilitator at a hospice associated center for children experiencing loss of a loved one. I bring personalized care to clients in their residences tailored to their individualized needs and concerns, with respect, honor and dignity serving as the foundation of all interactions.

James and Bonnie are an End-of-Life Doula couple with private clients in Arizona and Texas. They work closely with ABODE in San Antonio, TX and soon the Hansen House in Yuma, AZ.

James is a retired 25-year professional long haul truck driver, a skilled handyman with a compassionate heart and a loving demeanor.

Bonnie is a retired massage therapist who brings Financial and Mental Health Coaching alongside her doula passion.

They are here to support, guide, and fill in the gaps for the dying and their loved ones.
