Located in Ashland, KY, Kelli is a certified EOLD from the International Association of Professions Career College. I am also a Speech-Language Pathologist, with my own Private Practice. My hope is to help people embrace their journey of death with dignity, and help their family and loved ones see death has the potential to be a beautiful transition. While serving families, I offer Legacy Life Projects, living funerals, planning for a vigil, active vigiling, as well as, grief comfort and support for families. Peter Abraham, BSN, RN, EOLD, is a registered nurse, end-of-life doula, and author of over 60+ evidence-based guides on hospice, palliative care, and end-of-life navigation. His clinical experience includes working in cardiology, medical-surgical units, and long-term care across Pennsylvania, with most of his nursing career focused on rural hospice case management.

Peter consistently observed over the years that hospice workers, nurses, grief professionals, and caregivers were performing demanding tasks without the practical, clinically sound resources they deserve. This observation motivates his writing. His series, including the Empowering Excellence in Hospice, Bridges to Eternity, Holistic Nurse: Skills for Excellence, and the Caregiver Support Series, provides end-of-life professionals and family caregivers with tools grounded in real clinical experience.

Today, Peter also serves as a Health Navigation Specialist through Compassion Crossing, LLC, supporting patients and families in central Kentucky and virtually nationwide. Listening first. Guiding gently. Honoring what matters most. That approach, rooted in his faith, drives one clear goal: giving every person at the bedside, professional or family, the confidence to show up well. He lives in central Kentucky with his wife, Laura, and their two rescue dogs.
