Pamela Bruno has always been interested in storytelling. With careers in video editing, publishing, advertising and interiors, her objective was to help clients uncover and tell their own distinctive stories. She believes that everyone has a unique story to tell, which can create opportunities for legacy, ritual, meaning making and life review.

After completing training as a Death Doula and End-of-Life Planner through Going with Grace, Pamela received proficiency with the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance. As a volunteer with AccentCare Hospice and Palliative Care and the No One Dies Alone initiative, she provides clients companionship and a supportive presence. She is one of the founders and on the board of the Chicago Death Doula Collective nonprofit, whose mission is to provide Chicagoans with holistic, inclusive and accessible death care, death education, and death advocacy.
